Logo Design Brief
Indianapolis Listings is a property management company looking for a logo. This will be a central website for all of the properties they own/manage for potential customers to search. They want something cool. A little edgy, maybe. Progressive. Clean. More ILS less property management. No bubble letters or clip art. Client is looking for a typographic logo with a possible monogram/icon.
My first thought is to keep the same red as TAG but open to feedback. Maybe the red with a navy similar to the Indy flag? I attached the Indy flag and TAG logo mentioned above for color reference.
