Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Melbourne, Australia called TalentUp. TalentUp aims to match accounting talent in Vietnam with local Australian accounting firms. Eventually we hope to grow beyond just matching accounting talent and look to match legal talent, mortgage broking talent, administration talent, etc.
The name "Talent Up" combines the concept of "talent," referring to skilled individuals, with "up," which suggests improvement, elevation, or enhancement. This aligns well with the business description of matching overseas talent with local businesses, emphasising the idea of elevating a company's capabilities through the integration of skilled professionals from abroad. The phrase conveys a sense of growth and advancement, resonating with the goal of enhancing local businesses by leveraging global talent.
