Wordpress Design Brief

Our site is www.roadmapbrokers.com. We currently have a simple page made with GoDaddy tools. But the tools are not able to generate the look and feel we desire. We need a home page similar to current that tells a little about our company, our experience and our team. We need a second page to show details of current and past transactions we have assisted our clients with. Currently this page reads like a word document but we would like for it to present in a cleaner fashion and liven it up with some images that link to the industry served. For example, a motorcycle outline in a circle for the powersports related transactions. We would like page to introduce each member of "Our Team" and highlight their experience with a photo of each person. If there is no photo available, we would like a placeholder to be their initials in a circle that can be updated later. We would also like a contact us section whether this is a different page or part of the home page.
