Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our new Real Estate Investment company. We want something clean with some small image to pull in the real estate component (roof line, house outline, etc.). We'll want the logo so we can use it on materials and easy to embroider. Perhaps with the 53 large and Realty Group underneath or besides it. We prefer a logo more horizontal in orientation vs. vertical but that isn't a hard requirement. For colors use Black and Saphire Blue (#0f52ba).
