Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a company called "CNZ Engineering". We specialize in Mobile Lineboring and also workshop machining work, like working on Lathe's and Mill's.
Our current logo (which I have attached) has a Lion which I would like to incorporate if possible (just the head and mane is fine, if not that is ok) a headframe to showcase Kalgoorlie WA "town where I live and work, full of red dirt"
We would like to keep a bright coloured green and like a carbon grey colour aswell maybe?
I have also attached some pictures of the tools we use as an idea
I want our logo to showcase effective, EYE CATCHING and to not be over complicated.
