Logo Design Brief

I want a modern logo for a medical imaging centre called "IMPC" or "Groupe IMPC"
They do MRI's, CT Scan, Radiology, Ultrasound etc...
They have a lot of centres in Paris.
I uploaded the actual logo which is old and not attractive at all. Also uploaded a second file called "FILE 2" to show you the kind of logo I want, but I don't like the font they used, just the logo.
