Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for an existing company that's been in business since 2006. We are called Toenail Trimmers, and we are registered Nurse who provide foot and nail care to senior citizens. Previously, our "logo" has been made with 2 feet in the color blue (like a sky blue). I am open to a wider range of colors, but noticed upon Googling, senior citizens tend to be able to see orange/red/yellow better, but I would prefer no yellow. We are currently based in Wisconsin. I have attached our current logo but I am looking for something different to use on our letterhead, website, etc.
