Logo Design Brief

Note: I'd like the Albatross bird as part of the logo. We need a logo design for a new restaurant called Albatross 19 Social House, which is a casual fine dining restaurant at Pineview Highlands Golf Course in Houghton Lake, Michigan. We are looking for something casual but classy, streamlined not busy.... a fun place to gather after golf or to bring your family for a dining experience. Albatross means three under par in golf but is also a bird. I will upload the golf course logo for continuity.
