Graphic Design Brief

We’re looking for a graphic designer to create an infographic that visually communicates IVM Group’s three-phase approach to vegetation management, specifically for high-risk assets like airports. The infographic should effectively tell the story of how our process improves sustainability, reduces costs, and enhances efficiency compared to conventional vegetation management practices.

Project Scope:
Objective:

Develop an engaging and professional infographic that illustrates the three key phases of IVM’s approach:
Phase 1 - Audit – Identifying existing vegetation and reviewing current management practices.
Phase 2 Work out a Program – Developing a site-specific plan to address identified issues and meet project KPIs. Matrix of options and budgets
Phase 3 Implementation, Monitoring & Assessment – Full program delivery, stakeholder engagement, project management. Monitor and assess the progress of the program, adjusting strategies as needed, and providing a final report for ongoing management.

Key Requirements:
The infographic should be visually compelling and easy to understand.
It should highlight the benefits of our approach (cost savings, environmental sustainability, efficiency).

The design should align with IVM Group’s branding (colors, typography, style). I can provide some of our other design work so as it remains inline with our current branding options.

I've included the phase detail, an example of something we'd like as well as an example of our PPT.
