Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new non-for-profit organisation, that will support Housing Associations in England in procurement services (but in the future, the organisation may provide additional services outside of procurement). The organisation will be a shared service across multiple Housing Associations, therefore it needs to focus on "shared" and "housing".
We do not want the logo to be linked to any of the founding Housing Associations (so no predominant purple, green or red colouring). It also cannot be similar to other procurement related logos i.e. SEC (South East Consortium), NHF (National Housing Federation), PfH (Procurement for Housing).
