Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a company called Onempact. It is an overarching company over two company's called OneBridge and Mpparts. Onempact will be a landing page primarily for hiring for the two companies as well as have some outreach and leadership resources. I've attached the two logos for OneBridge and Mpparts below. OneBridge is an intensive and experiential therapy (counseling) center and Mpparts sells mixer and plant parts for readymix concrete. We are looking for a logo that encompasses both companies and communicates strong leadership.
