Logo Design Brief

Need a logo for a new business providing legal consultancy advice with respect to succession and wealth planning. I would like it to look elegant and professional.
I'm not fussed about colours but would like something to stand out but classy.
I want to portray: safety, family, confidence, intelligence, wealth and growth. The name of my company comes for the oldest Cypress tree in Iran. So perhaps some connections to a tree and/or Iran would be good.
