Logo Design Brief

I am a freelance photographer who works independently and would like a logo for use on website(s), business cards, and advertising material. I want a modern looking logo, with clean lines that can be used with both white and black backgrounds.
Photography items can be used in the logo (tripod, lenses, camera etc.) but the overall design should be clean and uncluttered.
