Word Template Design Brief

We need a letterhead for a mortgage pre-approval letter, and we also need a standard letterhead template for a memo.

We would also like an email signature created. We have a logo that is white background and grey background. I'd like the grey background version incorporated ideally, but if you manage to use both on the pre-approval letter and memo, thatt would be great. For the email signature, I'd prefer the grey background be used.

I included a sample document to show what information needs to be in the file pre-approval letter. The design and logo of the sample letter can be ignored.
