Logo Design Brief

HI, I'm starting a new mortgage brokering business in Melbourne and would like assistance with creating a logo and business card. Looking for something classy but still approachable. Name of the business is "Raise the Bar finance". I would like 'Raise the bar' to be separate to 'Finance' in a separate line please. Also I would like a design with a home image which has the initials" rtb" inside which stands for raise the bar please. I quiet like image attached "Capture" but if we could get rtb initials inside the house that could be a good option. Looking for something which makes the logo "pop" and standout...dont want it to be another boring logo for a typical finance brokering business. Raise the bar is also a play on words as I'm from the hospitality industry and specifically behind the bar for over 20 years and now switching to finance brokering.
