Logo Design Brief

Need a new logo that is similar to my current business. It will occasionally be used along side my current business logo so needs to stand out against it. I like the current logo so keeping it similar while experimenting with colours and fonts/layout will be great.
We are a caravan and Motorhome rental company, starting another company to run alongside offering subscription memberships.
