Logo Design Brief

I want a new look for my real estate that gears towards the senior market but not being too boring nor too trendy. That happy medium. Century 21 Redwood Realty, logo is now C21 and can be in gold or black. I want something peaceful looking and not afraid of color but want the my name along with company information to stand out. This logo/design is going to go on birthday, anniversary cards, stationary so although I am in a niche market, I want to use it everywhere.
Currently I don't have a logo but want something simple, not corny.
I would describe myself as caring and to market myself but don't want to be that annoying in your face but have a subtle presence. I'm here for you if you need. I live in your neighborhood and want to be friends and sell/list your home.
