Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new residential cleaning company in Grand Rapids, MI called Cleaned Grand Rapids.

We are a local, fun, high end, eco-friendly cleaning company that will primarily operate east of the city of Grand Rapids.

I've provided some inspiration in the form of a local landmark and a competitor's logo that I like. The Grand River is famous and runs through downtown Grand Rapids.

Looking for a simple logo similar to the competitor logo I uploaded that might be able to incorporate one or more of the elements above and tie it in with house cleaning.

The logo will ultimately be used across web, business cards, clothing, cars, in person trade shows, etc so would like copies of all raw files please.

1/3/2025 update to the brief:
I provided the example logo of an out of state competitor only as an example of incorporating a local landmark with residential cleaning. My locality does not have mountains, so I do not need designs that incorporate mountains. I also do not want the same color scheme as the competitor.

I like the idea of the following elements in the design:
Simple bubbles, squeegee/straight across broom, and/or spray bottles (must have something like this or doesn't show it's for a cleaning company)
Blues, soft greens, grey, black, white, navy
Bluewater bridge
I like CLEANED bigger with Grand Rapids under it a bit smaller
Thinner fonts -- all caps
Spaces between the words

Things I don't like:
Witch looking brooms
"clean" looking sparkles/stars
no reds, pinks, oranges, browns
no fall trees/leaves
no "cleaned grand" with rapids on next line.
no bridges that look like California or big well-known bridges
no mountains
no bubble fonts that are hard to read
no neon colors
