Logo Design Brief

Needs to be modern looking and professional. Not too busy. Easily identifiable but clever in design.

We are a construction company making modular homes. Maybe incorporate a skillion roof design as our range only consists of skillion roofs not pitched.

However, i am open to anything really as soon as it looks good. I dont want it to look like a templated design logo. it needs to look like it has been custom made.
