Flyer Design Brief

We need a Homepage Design for a Website that we can use in a presentation with our investors. WE DO NOT NEED A WEBSITE DESIGNED. We simply Need a HomePage Design on an 8 x 11 page. - One Page Only.
The Homepage design is for Cardi B Wireless. I have attached logo and a PPT slide showing how we want the page laid out.
The left part of page should be a webpage that users can use like a Dashboard to surf different key sites on the internet. We are trying to make the left side to be the IDEAL HOME PAGE because it is a JUMPING OFF POINT to the rest of the INTERNET.

THE RIGHT PART should have the same wireless feel as Metro by T-Mobile, but customized for Cardi B Wireless. I have inserted menu bar and general layout.
