Logo Design Brief

Need logo for a new website. Website is a data-driven search allowing users to find a new home, so logo would ideally represent this.
- Font: Raleway
- Colours: #35572A, #92A950, #B8B8B8 (plus black, white. also happy for other contrasting / complimentary colours to be used)
- Need to logos. One larger for use on website main page etc., with full "Property Piper" name. + other small one that can be represented in a circle for thumbnails etc.
- Style: Ideally flat design / modern / simple

I have attached a screenshot of a graph from the site. Would ideally like to incorporate that if possible. Have also attached some very badly ideas mocked up in PPT - feel free to ignore. Including purely for example of the kind of ideas (e.g. style, incorporating data with a property etc.)
