Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new Housing Estate on the Far south Coast NSW Australia. Wolumla is a beautiful valley with lovely views out towards the mountains. Wedge Tail eagles do fly in the area.
The estate will be attractive to People from the city to move to the country ( Tree Changers).
Not Sure if the W and the V and be used as valleys or Mountains?
