I have updated the Brief to add clarity to the job.
1st Logo: Yes, we want to slightly rebrand (or at least got .ai/vector formatting of the 1st logo "Strategic Associates".
2nd Logo: We don't want Structured Admin & Processing to be identical, but similar.
Logo's need to have an Icon or Mark along with the name of Company, as seen in attached logo. We will absolutely tip if we like the work done on the original Logo (Strategic Associates). Thank you all and let's get this done!

Thank you for asking! We actually still really like our current logo but wondered if we should give it a facelift while we're creating a new one. We like the somewhat abstract simplicity of the Icon/Mark as well as the bold-ish font. That said, something about it feels a little outdated. Maybe I'm just bored with it? We don't necessarily need a complete rebranding but if it makes sense to do so while creating a logo for the new "sister company" then we're open to it. I hope that makes sense but am sure as we start seeing designs something will come together. Thank you!

Hello to all! I've been out of town without service. I'm back and will start going through and deleting entries instead of giving lower stars to help narrow down to the ones we like best. Update after appreciating your entries:
I can't necessarily show entry images that we like but some of the "winning concepts" are those with slight variations of the current logo. Others are a modern font with just the Company names and maybe using 3 horizontal lines for the E. We're also liking bold variations of the abbreviated SA (Strategic Associates) and SAP (Structured Admin & Processing). Basically anything that can stand out alone on a hat, shirt, or other items we may use to sponsor events. Thank you all for helping us get a better idea of what you do best. We appreciate your creativity and hope to see more!
