Logo Design Brief

i run a business coaching and consulting business and i need a new logo. got to be professional. i really like something like the attached but it needs to be tidied up and the words put in there somewhere. chosen colour is blue (unless you don't think that's right? I'll follow your lead tbh)
I like the arrows on the attached but not sure what to do with the wording
