Graphic Design Brief

I am looking for a 4 inch by 4 inch front and back label. I will chose the designer based off the front label and will send them the information for the back label after the design has been approved. I am looking for a label with a bistro lighting up in one of the top corners of the label. At the bottom I would like something similar to the attached photo. I essentially want the Boston Skyline in watermark that looks like wine was spilt on it. I've attached a general idea of the bistro lighting for up top, I would like those to be one solid color. For the label please put Boston Winery on the label as well as Malbec and Suisun Valley, 2023.
