Logo Design Brief

I am starting a new business in a coastal town call Jurien Bay in Western Australia.
The business will be the Pressure cleaning of houses, driveways possibly boats, also i will be providing a service for small painting and decorating jobs.
The business name is Poms Pressure Cleaning & Contracting.
Not sure if i want a serious or cartoony look or if i should have full business name or abbreviated as PPC&C.
I need the final design to be able to be stitched onto clothing.
