Tattoo Design Brief

I want a small tattoo designed for the inside of my left wrist.
A heart with some vibrant colours of small flowers around it (colours like the hummingbird picture attached - bright Blue, Purple, Pink, Green)
Then an ECG/EKG heart beat going horizontal across wrist (line in black colour)
The Tattoo needs to look elegant, feminine and not too big.
