Sir, could you please upload the content for the designs? I'm surprised that a designer could submit seven designs without any content provided in the brief

good morning, I have a message from one of the designers saying that I haven't provided the info/content in the brief. I have never used this service and do not have a marketing background. May someone please tell me what I need to do?

This is what I posted:
We need to incorporate an image of our new doctor, with our office logo and dialogue that shows how simple it is to schedule a free consult and learn what our office has to offer patients. The colors should be beachy/ calm blue, soft yellow and the style should be elegant. The font should be inviting. The words should be clear, and convey some of our strengths including focus on individualized care, cutting edge medicine, blended functional and traditional style

I thought there would be a conversation about any further details needed.
