Logo Design Brief

We are celebrating 10 years next year and would update refresh our logo for our automotive repair shop. A little about us that we currently reflect on our logo is that we focus on building relationships with our clients first which in tern leads to loyalty. Our current logo has a handshake surrounding the AA to reflect this. I have added our current logo to this project as well as our original logo and a picture of the Allied Automotive font on our sign. We would like to modify/improve/change the current logo into something that will stand out a little more, I'll bullet point some of the things we would like to incorporate into it
-we want to move back towards the blue on the sign and the original logo (close to a royal blue)
-potentially a design that has a 10 in it that we could remove after next year and just retain the logo (would appreciate a final design that had with and without the 10 if you choose to go this route)
-more than one color in the logo, but no more than 3 colors in it, there absolutely needs to be the royal blue color or something close to that in it.
-incorporate the AA somehow on the logo
-handshake can go or stay
-make it look like an evolution of our logo
-use the new style fonts from our sign
-the full name of the shop is Allied Automotive Service, but we go by Allied Automotive
-The logo reflects building relationships with clients (optional)
