Also, the names of packages should go from Best to Good in descending order. Perhaps October is 5 of 5 stars, November is 4.5 of 5 stars, December is 4 of 5 stars, and January is 3 of 5 stars. The idea being its best early, and the longer they wait the less great the deal is.

October - Most Benefits, Most Value, Lowest Cost
November - 2nd Most Benefits, 2nd Most Value, Lowest Cost
December - No Extra Benefits, Lowest Cost
January - No Extra Benefits, Increased Cost
