The name of our company is Sunfish Properties. www.sunfishproperties.com We rent mostly to university students who attend North Carolina State University. We pride ourselves in being friendly, offering a great value, we are responsive to needs, and we are modern. Logo will be used on invoices, our website, and on yard signs. Should be simple, playful, distinct, bold. Should invite people to check out our property, and make them feel like they are living in a cool property
