Tattoo Design Brief

I need a tattoo design for a character in my book that I’d like to use as chapter headers, character art and for other commercial needs (possibly as a personal tattoo in the future). The attached file is a rough idea of what I have in mind. The name of the cartel is Armas Locas. I’d like to keep the theme of what I have attached with the skull being related to dia de los muerte (day of the dead). Feel free to use the full name of the cartel or just the initials as I did (this is fictional). I would prefer to leave the tattoo in black outlines, no color.
