Landing Page Design Brief

**Goal:**
To create a website that feels holistic, natural, and reflective of my unique bodywork approach. The new design should speak to individuals seeking proactive solutions to pain through improved posture, alignment, balance, and functional movement patterns. The website should move away from traditional massage associations and instead emphasise my integrative, whole-body focus.

** Business Name:** MY Integrated Body (please do not make the MY into My, the capitals represents the initials of my name.)

**Current Website:**
[www.myintegratedbody.com.au](http://www.myintegratedbody.com.au).

**Overview of Services:**
I specialise in bodywork that integrates functional movement, dynamic cognitive imagery, sensation, and perception to help clients move more efficiently, ease pain, and create long-term changes in posture, balance, and alignment.

**Modalities offered:**
- Rolfing and Rolf Movement
- Remedial Massage
- Cranio Sacral Therapy

**Target Audience:**
My clients are intelligent individuals who are proactive about their health. They seek a long-term solution to pain, understanding that health is a journey, and they value posture, alignment, and functional movement patterns as part of that solution.

**Tone and Feel:**
The landing page should reflect a holistic and natural approach, with an emphasis on the mind-body connection and the unique benefits of my treatments. It should be professional, warm, and welcoming, evoking balance and movement.

**Design Considerations:**
- **Imagery:**
Avoid traditional massage or spa-like images. Instead, focus on visuals that convey movement, posture, alignment, balance, and flow. Use abstract or anatomy-inspired visuals that reflect the concepts of functional movement and integration. If stock images are needed, suggest options from iStock or Shutterstock for approval.
- **Colours & Fonts:**
Please refer to the provided brand board for approved colours and fonts.

**Promotional Material:**
I will attach a promotional flyer and my logo for reference so you can see examples of the feel that I like. These will provide guidance on the visual direction for the website.

**Functionality:**
The site should be user-friendly and mobile-responsive, with an easy-to-navigate structure. Key elements should include:
- Clear descriptions of services and approach
- Prominent contact and booking details
- Any suggestions for SEO-optimised for better searchability is appreciated.

**Conclusion:**
The new website should feel aligned with the holistic, natural, and integrative bodywork I offer. It should effectively communicate my approach and attract clients who are looking for a thoughtful, proactive journey towards better posture, alignment, and pain relief.
