Logo Design Brief

I have the company Logo.
It is Our Elite Shield.
I would like this recreated to match exactly. I need it designed by a professional so that the Logo is saved in all of the correct files for printing, production, and social media purposes.

I also need this Logo to have negative/inverted colors done for me, as we will be putting it on Red shirts and want to be able to do that also.
