Tattoo Design Brief

I am looking for a tattoo that combines my passions in life with my geography.

I work in construction, travelling extensively for the past two decades. My home is now North Carolina with my Wife Amy and sons - Rowan, Sutton, and Finn

I would like a tattoo design that would start on my upper right back and go down my arm no further than my elbow.

My thoughts are a tower crane holding a compass with Amy Welch as the North direction Rowan Welch the south direction Finn Welch the West Direction and Sutton Welch the East direction. With the state of North carolina encompassed somehow - potentially in the background
