I'm seeing multiple submissions of the same design with different renderings. I will eliminate those designs as I do not agree with the tactic and it makes reviewing submissions and providing feedback more tedious.

Prior to selecting a submission I will be conducting a thorough review and reverse image search, anything that is clearly stock image, clip art whatever the name for it these days will be eliminated. I understand that there are many similarities among icons and that use of these types of images may be the starting point of all designs, but I'm not interested in something that is closer to cut and paste than used for inspiration.

I am ranking designs but that doesn't mean you shouldn't use your own creative spin to my brief. I am open to artistic expression and in the past taking this approach has led me to select many winning designs that I could not have imagined myself. What I am trying to say is don't just try to do "better" versions of my favorite designs, do your own design.

There are many submissions, not all will receive strong feedback, I know your time is valuable and I wish to be respectful of it, if I am not providing feedback or my feedback is not clear and direct it is because I do not wish to waste your time. I hope you understand this is an act of respect for you.

There have been a few submissions that have incorporated an icon inside of the Q in "Liquidity" that are an interesting take on the brief. I will also note that IF you are going to submit a design that takes this approach the emphasis should be on the word "Liquidity" and not "Coach". My clients are more interested in the result of liquidity than of hiring a coach.

I specifically stated in the brief, "NOT a candlestick chart", all submissions with the inclusion of a candlestick chart will be eliminated.
