Flyer Design Brief

Hello, I need some options in my VA mailers we send out here in the USA! A sample of our mailer has been included. I need all the verbiage the same. The data merge points need to stay on too. Please make this pop. We have a high end RISO printer and a Z auto folding machine. Letter goes into a number 10 envelope with windows. So lets see what you can do. One with colors below is our company colors and then one black, white, gray.
