Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our farm (Taste and See Family Farm) that can be used for multiple purposes -- internet banner, on business cards, t-shirts, etc. The farm's two main products are grass-fed lamb and pastured eggs. The logo could include any (or all, or none) of the following optional design elements: sheep, chickens, grass, trees, farmhouse. We're attaching a possible sketch. But we are also open to something more minimalist if you have some different ideas. In the logo text, "Est. 2012" is optional. Also, the sheep in the sketch are woolly, but our sheep are actually hair sheep and are not woolly.
