Label Design Brief

I am a pharmacist and sell a bitters called "Uffegeist". I would like to revise and modernize the current logo of my "Uffegeist". I have attached a photo of the current label. I have different bottle sizes with different label sizes, but for now I will only need one label for the 700ml size:
20ml 36x47mm
40ml 45x62mm
200ml 70x91mm
350ml 70x98mm
500ml 70x110mm
700ml 87x119mm
The Uffe is a small stream that runs through our town. The Uffegeist is a play on words that takes up the mysticism of the Harz, as a spirit can of course also be a schnapps. I like the mysticism and rough nature of the Harz in connection with the product. I have attached a logo suggestion that I once had an AI design. But I am very open to new ideas. A connection to my pharmacy does not necessarily have to be recognizable. VG, J. Wedler
