Logo Design Brief

Looking for a logo and subsequent letterhead to represent the feeling of our farm cottage for Airbnb guests. It will be used for the property sign, property manual and signage and instructions around the property.
The property name "Hemingway" should be the prominet feature.
The address should be included in the letterhead, possibly in footer but open to options.
It should have an elegant, sophisticated yet inviting feel, nothing too rustic. Suble hints of equestrian elements can be included but i stress, the property name should be the main logo element.
The address to include is 6192 Illawarra Highway, Moss Vale NSW 2756.
If you google the address you can see lots of sale photos of the property that will give you a great idea about the type and feel of property.
We are tyring to give the property its own unique identity, The property also features a very old pine tree which might be nice to include see attached photo for its shape - representations need to reflect its shape. Also only to be included on letterhead - NOT main logo.
There are no specific colours but looking for sophistocated feel so no bright colours, and it can lean slightly to a feminine feel, whimsical and a touch romantic .
Please dont include representations of a building in the logo.
