Logo Design Brief

I have a logo from brand crowd that my business partner and I really like but it is not for sale and is being used by a few other businesses. Our business is a privately owned medical practice. We like the main color to be blue with other colors of white, silver or gray. We like the black background as well. I like the simple, clean look of the logo and my partner likes the caduceus in the logo. We like the wings of the caduceus shaped in a heart in this logo as it rounds out the top of the logo and overall look. We are looking at the name Priority Health right now but may have to change the name. Really just focusing on the logo design right now.
