Tattoo Design Brief

Hi
I have my back tattooed with a design I’m not happy with, it’s a bit of a mish mash and don’t know what I can do with it.
Ive attached a photo, the only part I want keeping the same and touching up is the Celtic ball on the lower right.
I like geometric designs and obviously with the work that’s there, my whole back will have to be covered, also I have another on my upper left arm that I would like incorporated with back.
I’m open to any ideas that will bring it all together and make it great.
