Logo Design Brief

It is our 20th anniversary and we are looking to use our existing logo to create or embody a 20th anniversary specialized logo to place on some swag to give to our employees. We are a live entertainment company with multiple branches as is indicated within our logo. How can we take that but give a cool and unique 20th anniversary overlay to it. We don't want to add additional colors due to printing/embroidery costs so the 20th logo needs to utilize the existing color palette. The company is pronounced "oddities entertainment."
