Tattoo Design Brief

looking for a tattoo that embodies my kids and my education/interests.
I am looking for one to go from the collarbone area - over the shoulder and on just a little to the scapula area.
I would like it to include the following names- wyatt, rhett, matilda and 1 angel. I would like a sunflower, stack of books and a stylized stethoscope. I am a business manager and a nurse. I am looking for no color in the tattoo, but black and shading. added wild flowers would be nice
