Tattoo Design Brief

I am looking for a design based around the symbols of Milan (Italy) to go on my upper left arm. Nothing too big or extreme (10cm square), but symbolic of Milan and the blue serpent image. Attached are several versions of the serpent logo, as well as the coat of arms of Milan which features the Red Cross. Keen to ensure if the Red Cross is used that it does not look like an England symbol of St George. I want it to look natural and not look like a coat of arms or badge. Thanks
