Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our company "Wealthy Agent Builders". We would like to use (but you do not have to stick to) the colors green, tan, white, black, maybe yellow? A few of those, but are also open to anything/ your artistic intrepertation, too, and do not have a specific color at this point. We know green represents money/wealth. We would like to see a strong, impactful, modern (not cartoony) logo. About our business: We are teaching Real Estate agents how to invest in real estate and teaching them the real estate investing side. Agents are not just buying and selling houses but really learning how to invest/the investment side with our company. The final should communicate growth, wealth, building/learning. Just ideas - hands holding up a house/growth - plant, money - just for ideas.
