Logo Design Brief

My husband and I have just started our youtube channel on sailing adventures and trying to enjoy life while we can, called "Sailing Into The Mystic" (https://www.youtube.com/@sailingintothemystic36). "Into the Mystic" is the name of our sailboat and the name comes from the song by Van Morrison, Into the Mystic. The name has great significance for us as it means that in spite of great tragedy in our family, we are going to live our lives, keep moving forward, find happiness in life, even though we may not know what the future has in store for us and the path forward may not always be clear. When we retire a year from now we literally will sail into the mystic while we are sailing "Into the Mystic." The logo needs to reflect the mystical nature of sailing, exploring, adventuring, etc. We want a logo that is unique to our brand, but also something abstract that we can put on t-shirts, our sails, our youtube channel, out website and all other swag we will probably eventually have. Our boat has a unique feature on it and if there will be an abstract of a sail boat, we want it to have that feature (see pic in attached file called "unique feature"). We played around with an AI logo app and it came up with something that we did sort of like, but it needs modifications (see pic in attached file called AI attempt). If there are colors, we like navy blue and maybe a golden yellow to make something pop, like stars in the night sky or something. We originally imagined that our logo could be something like our sailboat disappearing into the fog as it is sailing...but we have no idea how to even sketch that.
