T-shirt Design Brief

I am looking to design a Tshirt for my porting business "Garage Kreations"
I have attached some ideas of what I am looking to have made.
Idea:
Cartoon like character with a face respirator on, holding a hand drill (with a porting drill bit) porting a cylinder head with a logo that says "Blast Everything"
If the cartoon could have a small version of the original business logo on characters shirt/back or hat that would be great.
Doesn't have to be precise logo, just want to make sure the flags are present and looks similar.
