The map in the background is good. I not married with it if you find an alternative, Greek (Hellenic) or sort of vintage gentleman office sort of theme that match the composition and also ties it all together...

Moving the figures, increasing their size, or just editing them in any way is ok as long as it doesn't changes the idea/identity of what they represent.

I understand. The drawing will take some time, but it will be handmade and not a processed photo and not AI picture, so the tattooist will be able to make a tattoo.
