Logo Design Brief

I am requesting a logo for my brand "Eglan on the rocks," which is dedicated to the wine and spirit industry. Our services include:
- Courses
- Tastings and trainings
- Advising and consulting
- Personal and organizational cellars
- Liquor distribution

I currently have a logo (Logo 1), but I would like to change it. I like something similar to image 2, where we can incorporate a bottle or another image allusive to the industry.

I would like a logotype that can be used with different wordmarks for “Eglan on the rocks” and “LATAM on the rocks.”
